We use DPD next day delivery service.  All orders are despatched between Monday-Thursday.  Please note any orders placed after mid-day on Thursday will be despatched the following Monday.  

Not currently, this is something we are reviewing due to the high costs of Saturday deliveries we are not able to offer weekend deliveries.

Please note that we try our very best to ensure that all taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost, but this may not always be possible due to local laws and restrictions.

From 1 January 2021, additional duty charges will apply on orders to European countries. These charges will be incurred once your delivery reaches its final destination.

Cartografie cannot be held liable for any further customs fees.

Your Cartografie products should be stored in a cool, dry place. 

All our products are suitable for vegetarians but please contact us with any allergies you have.

We cannot give any 100% guarantee of any of our non-nut based chocolates being nut-free as we make all our chocolates in one kitchen and, as a result, any of our chocolates may contain nut traces.

Currently only our Toasted Sourdough collection contains gluten however our other products may contain traces of gluten as our chocolates are all made in the same kitchen.

All of our products are alcohol free.

We recommend our customers to enjoy the chocolates within a week of receiving them, but we always have a best before date on the box.

Our gift vouchers have a 12 month expiration date.
