Our Single Origin Hot Chocolates celebrate the purity of a single variety of cocoa grown in some of the most beautiful places on earth. This chocolate comes to us from the Chuao Village in Northern Venezuela via world class chocolatiers; Amedei, in Tuscany.

The highly sought after Chuao cocoa bean is something very special, producing an initial perfumed aroma and a slow release of slightly acidic red fruit flavours and an exceptionally smooth melt. This was always going to be a winner for us at Cartografie as it’s a firm favourite of ours here in the studio. This makes an incredible hot chocolate!

The flavour of this hot chocolate is quite complex, with notes of red fruits, cocoa and honey as well as a beautifully perfumed scent.

Each tin contains 250g of pure chocolate flakes.
