Our Signature Milk Blend is a combination of two of our couvertures that we work here at the studio. We spent a long time blending these chocolates to get this just right. The main flavour and texture comes from the gloriously silky smooth dark milk chocolate from The Femmes de Virunga collective in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We add a little caramelised chocolate to this to increase the caramel notes and balance the dark cocoa flavour of the Congolese chocolate.

We support the solely female cocoa cooperatve of the Femmes de Virunga by making and selling this hot chocolate, as well as many more of our products, find out more information from the Original Beans collaboration with the women here

Each tin contains 250g of pure chocolate flakes.

This product contains milk, whey, butter and soya. May contain cereals containing gluten, peanuts and other nuts, egg, dairy, sesame and soya. Chocolate % information: Femmes de Virunga - 55% minimum, certified organic. Caramelia - 36% minimum.
