We are honoured to be awarded a GOLD Accolade by The Academy of Chocolate for our Signature Dark Blend in 2022.

This is a combination of three of our single origin couvertures from Peru, Tanzania and Ecuador. We spent a long time blending these chocolates to get this just right. This is the hot/iced chocolate that we sell in store. The Peruvian cocoa offers beautiful red fruit flavours, the earthy Tanzanian chocolate adds an opulent, rich, roasted cocoa nib flavour while the sweet, nutty Ecuadorean chocolate adds a delicious dairy and hazelnut flavour to the blend. This is the pinnacle of dark chocolate drinking.

Each tin contains 250g of pure chocolate flakes.

This product contains milk. May contain cereals containing gluten, peanuts and other nuts, egg, dairy, sesame and soya. Chocolate % information: Piura - 75% minimum, certified organic, vegan. Udzungwa - 75% minimum, certified organic, vegan. Mache Chindul 42 - milk solids 20% minimum, cocoa 42% minimum.
