The Purity collection is a celebration of our chocolates in their purest form. If you’re a real chocolate aficionado then this is the collection for you.

We choose seasonal, single-origin and single-bean couverture for this box. We temper the chocolate and set them into disc shapes, and then finish each one with a sprinkle of sea salt and crisp, toasted sourdough bread. (contains gluten and wheat). The savoury, salty and toasty flavour really brings out a new level of beauty in these fruity dark chocolates.
